For the fifth year, Ramadan is no happy time for millions of Syrians. Deprived of plain bread, families find it harder than ever to put food on fast breaking tables- let alone traditional meals associated with the holy month. To alleviate part of their suffering, Beyaz Eller, in coordination with Qatar Charity, launched Iftar campaign in rural Aleppo to provide fast breaking meals to 9,132 individuals during the holy month. This comes under Beyaz Eller Food Security and Livelihood Program that aims at alleviating human suffering and enabling a sustainable livelihood for the Syria population.
